Happy New Year and Welcome to 2017. This year promises to be tumultuous at best, thus my PAP - PreAppocolyptic Post.

After eight years of a scandal-free Obama presidency served with more decorum than anyone could imagine, we are about to embark on a long and arduous journey through a Trump reign. It's sure to be entertaining, if not down right disastrous. We have our own problems right here in North Dakota with a new millionaire businessman governor and an idiotic supermajority in our legislature hell bent on lining their pockets at the expense of ND Citizens. So I thought I would resurrect Diatomaceous Earth. It seems there will be renewed demand for highly efficient filtration products to remove all the bullshit. We'll see if I have the will and the stamina to do the job.
This is the guy who kidnapped 11 year old Jaycee Dugard 18 years ago, kept her locked in a shed and fathered two children by her. I suspected he was crazy but I didn't realize the depths of craziness that could exist. I kind of expected he might have some strange religious ideas. I found his blog, Voices Revealed. All I can say is, wow!

He thinks God sends messages for him for the earth and he has built a device that lets people witness that he can control sound with his mind. Um . . what? Here are some of his lunatic ravings.

During the month of July 2009 JM's Enterprises, 1215 Willow Pass Road * Pittsburg CA,(925) 439-8118 was the host to a powerful demonstration, the Creator has given me the ability to speak in the tongue of angels in order to provide a wake-up call that will in time include the salvation of the entire world.

You too can witness what the world believe's is impossible to produce! email: godsdesire@rocketmail.com. He is entrenching many of his ignorant political appointees into permanent positions within the government. You can read about it in this story from the Washing ton Post. This is scary enough but it is most scary when done with positions that require a high level of education like working for scientific agencies. Like this wholly unqualified person:

In one recent example, Todd Harding -- a 30-year-old political appointee at the Energy Department -- applied for and won a post this month at the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration. There, he told colleagues in a Nov. 12 e-mail, he will work on "space-based science using satellites for geostationary and meteorological data." Harding earned a bachelor's degree in government from Kentucky's Centre College, where he also chaired the Kentucky Federation of College Republicans.
Really? There has been a lot of discussion about Proposition 8 that would take away rights from thousands of Californians. You better believe this is exactly the kind of church/state issue that many of us worry about. THis kind of discrimination does not belong in any state constitution.

This is one of the better ads I've seen against Prop 8.

ND Citizenhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/02148115319984896212noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-32787870.post-47868469488698698042008-11-01T09:00:00.001-05:002008-11-01T09:01:17.860-05:00A Hockey Mom with a darn good voiceIt's worth it to listen to the end . . .

ND Citizenhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/02148115319984896212noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-32787870.post-66728855399382605252008-11-01T08:48:00.001-05:002008-11-01T08:48:31.053-05:00Don't Vote!ND Citizenhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/02148115319984896212noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-32787870.post-91268430492961346092008-10-31T15:41:00.002-05:002008-10-31T15:46:28.589-05:00McCain-Palin? They are pulling the wool over your eyes. Wealth IS being redistributed now - from the working families of middle America to the rich and super rich. Not only is the tax burden unduly favorable to the super rich but the growing disparity in fair taxation can be correlated with the growing debt.

Let's get this straight. Middle class Americans pay a higher percent of their income in taxes than the rich and super rich.

Wealth from the Middle Class is unfairly being redistributed to the rich.

Even Warren Buffet complained about the tax disparity when he announced that he pays only 17.7% tax on his $46M income while his receptionist pays about 30% tax on their income.

Yes, we need redistribution of this unfair tax system. Obama is 100% right to rebalance the tax burden to lift the middle class up from this oppressive taxation.

His plan will let those who make their money keep more of their money.ND Citizenhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/02148115319984896212noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-32787870.post-77655620071675624362008-10-28T10:27:00.002-05:002008-10-28T10:28:55.660-05:00Religion is DangerousRegardless of whether it is Islam, Christianity, Judaism, or flying spaghetti monsterism, extremism in faith is dangerous.

ND Citizenhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/02148115319984896212noreply@blogger.com1
